    "Per quanto me ne intendo, è stato un bel concerto". (indicativo)
    "Per quanto me ne intenda non ci sono riuscito".(Congiuntivo)
    Le frasi sono corrette?

    Sì, sono corrette. Anche nella prima frase si potrebbe scegliere un congiuntivo in virtù dell'espressione di un'opinione personale, ma è comunque accettabile.
